We take our beef to be processed once a month at this time. We increase the amount of beef as needed. We have already run out of a few cuts, so please don't wait to order. Our next beef will be ready about the second week of the following month.
Our beef cuts are USDA inspected and cut, vacuum sealed in clear plastic, and flash frozen. We pick up our beef from the processor with our enclosed trailer mounted freezer and portable generator to maintain the freshness and quality of your orders. We deliver your meat directly to you in the same manner after notifying you by e-mail and / or phone that your order is ready. Our processor is a small family owned plant, in which they have served the state in their USDA facility with strong conscious and willingness to give the consumer the best cuts. We chose this company to process our gently raised beef as they have the same ethics as we do. Its very important to us to give the customers the very best that we can.
If you would like to be added to the list, sending your location and email.
You are welcome to pick up your order at our farm in

SASSY SPRINGS, BY FEDERAL LAW PAYS A USDA INSPECTOR TO TEST AND INSPECT EACH STEER FOR BSE (MAD COW), REGARDLESS OF THE FACT THAT OUR BEEF ARE GRASS RAISED.
NATIONALLY IN 2004, THE USDA IN LARGE PROCESSING PLANTS TESTED 220,000 BEEF, OUT OF OVER 2 MILLION PROCESSED PER DAY. INSPECTORS HAVE ABOUT 6 SECONDS TO CHECK A CARCASS. WHY ARE THE NATIONAL PROCESSING PLANTS NOT UNDER THE SAME REGULATIONS AS THE SMALL PLANTS?
