We wanted to be able to give you the best cuts from the beef, so we combined our half's and quarter packs.
All beef packages are approximate in weights. Final weights on packages and final prices will be given to you prior to delivery.
Discounts are taken on packages and weights. Beef is vacuum packed for longer freezer time. We may be able to fill your order
at the time that it is placed, but on large orders and order of half beef sides, please place order 4-5 weeks ahead of time.
We are a family business and want to give you the freshest beef possible.
We add $10.00 to the order if we deliver. If beef is shipped, then cost will be added per order.
